For the purpose of better and healthier grass, TCC will schedule greens aerification from September 22nd to 24th. Due to the heavy work load, we will close one 9-hole each day for aerification, the order of closing courses is Old Course, New Course, and Tianma Course.
The Benefits of Aerification are:
1.To Avoid soil harden, improve the air circulation in the soil, and keep the harmful gas out of soil.
2.To Improve the permeability. The water can penetrate to deeper layer and the drainage for lawn surface will be better.
3.To Improve the Nutrient Supplying and Preserving Capability, and the fertilizer can be absorbed and increase the nutrient of the soil.
4.To Develop the New Root Growth.
There will be many cores pulled out from greens during the aerification, and will be collected by manpower. We will sand the aerified holes, brush the greens, and water them. The aerified holes need times to recover and every departments should explain to customers why this aerification process need to be done.
