Tianma Country Club NOTICE

Dear Members, 

In order to elevate the quality of Tianma Country Club, establish TCC to become a high end multi-functional golf and recreation complex, increase the value of membership, and protect members’ rights, we are going to enforce the following policies and will need your support and understand: 

Golf Course Upgrade: The renovation of Old Course is undergoing well, and estimated to be ready to play in September. The renovation of Tianma Course is under serious discussion as well. 

Enforce Member Only Policy: To protect Members’ right, we will enforce member reservation only policy. There will be no more guests reservation. Please refer to <Shanghai Tianma Country Club Members Reservation Regulation>. 

Recreation and Food & Beverage: We listen to members’ request and aim for “Healthy Family Center”. We are in the process of discussion with a well-known chain restaurant in Shanghai. 

Membership Management: We found out that there are a few unorganized membership agencies in the industry hurting membership values and rights. To protect the whole interests of our members and regulate the membership transfer process, TCC has strategically partnered up with Shanghai Hi-Life Marketing Co., Ltd.  and will establish “Tianma Membership Management Center” from

April 25, 2015 and publish <Shanghai Tianma Country Club Membership Management and Transfer Policy>. 

As an industry practice, the membership transfer will not be available during the golf course renovation, but considering members’ actual needs, the membership transfer service can be available from today until Aug 31, 2015. The membership transfer service will be stopped from Sep 1, 2015 to Dec 31, 2016.
