Policy of Membership Transfer and Management

The Country Club Membership Management Center will select well organized agencies for membership transfer service. The first four agencies (please see attachment) are announced. After the announcement of this policy, members shall contact membership service department for detail information, and contact appointed agency if they need to transfer membership, and sign appropriate agreement (Membership Management Center will provide Sample agreement) to protect member’s right.
Membership transfer will require both buyer and seller present on site and process the transferring procedure at Membership Management department.
Membership transfer service through appointed agency, both commission from buyer and seller won’t be charged.
The Tianma Country Club and the Membership Transfer Management Center reserve the right to the final interpretation of this policy.
